Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Events Lounge when you use the service.
Last updated: 4 August 2026
Events Lounge is operated by Jacqui Osz, trading as Truthpower. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
Fans register interest in meeting an actor; once there’s enough demand and a confirmed date, tickets go on sale and the session runs live online. Actors host sessions; agents may represent actors. Nothing is booked or charged until a session is confirmed.
- You must be 18 or over to use {brand.name}.
- Give accurate details and keep your password secure — you're responsible for activity on your account.
- You can delete your account at any time (see the Data Deletion Policy).
Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card details. A ticket secures your place for a session. Prices are shown before you pay. A place is personal to you but a code may be passed to a friend before it’s redeemed.
If a session is cancelled, or an actor is unable to complete it, we refund fans for the part not delivered under our settlement policy. Where a session runs as described, tickets are generally non-refundable.
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and the house rules shown before each session. Recording and re-use of clips happen only with the consents given at the time. We may remove anyone from a session or suspend an account for breaches.
If you submit a scene or script, you confirm it is your own original work and grant us a licence to use it for the session, as set out when you submit. Casting tapes and clips are used only with the consents you give, and can be deleted on request.
An actor is only linked to an agent when the actor confirms it; the actor alone sets any split. Engagements are governed by the contract issued for each session.
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
We may update these terms and will change the date above. They are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions: jacqui.osz@gmail.com.
