ID Verification Policy

How we confirm identity — and who holds the documents.

To keep the platform trustworthy, we confirm that Event Guests are who they say they are before they can be booked, and we verify payout details before any money is paid out. This protects fans from impersonation and meets our payment provider’s requirements.

• Identity and payout verification are carried out by Stripe (Stripe Identity and Stripe Connect).
• You provide your details directly to Stripe. We do NOT collect or store your ID documents — Stripe holds them under their own terms and security.
• We receive only the result (verified or not) and what we need to pay you, never the documents themselves.

Fans don’t need to verify ID to attend a session — only to sign in and hold a ticket.
