Data Deletion Policy

How to delete your account and personal data, and what happens when you do.

Delete it yourself, any time

Sign in and go to your account→ “Your data & privacy” → Delete my account. You’ll confirm by typing DELETE. It happens straight away.

Prefer us to do it? Email jacqui.osz@gmail.comfrom your account’s email address and we’ll action it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile and account details (name, email, phone).
Your interests, questions and any messages.
Your casting tapes and clips, and the video files behind them.
The name you chose to be called in sessions.

What we have to keep (and anonymise)

The law requires us to keep certain records for tax and accounting — payments, payouts and signed contracts. We keep these, but we remove your name and personal details from them so they can no longer identify you.

Download first if you want a copy

Before deleting, you can download all your dataas a file. Deletion is permanent and can’t be undone.
